Award winning actors are a rare breed of people. Maybe this is because there are only a limited number of awards in the world, so by law there can’t be too many award-winning actors. That being said, there are definitely enough awards to go around, and every actor that deserves to win something, usually does. The only actor I love that hasn’t gotten a real award is William Russ. He played the dad on Boy Meets World, and I thought numerous episodes he was on he deserved an Emmy for. There was one episode where Corey was embarrassed about his new haircut, and William did such a good job comforting him and playing the ‘loving parent.’ That performance will always stick out to me as Emmy worthy, or at least worthy of a nomination and a gift basket! Oh well, he has plenty of time left to win something, and I think he is definitely going to get a great award before his career is up.
